How do I configure the GPS fix and/or send rate?

I’m not sure about configuring the GPS fix, but for configuring report interval this can be done through your admin screen. Click on “Admin” in the top right of your app and then on “Xirgo Gateway” in the admin. Within this screen you can set the report interval, which is denoted by “ignition on” events. Keep in mind that modifying your device configuration may impact different reports within you application (stops/idles). But if you’re currently testing this shouldn’t be a problem.

With Xirgo hardware, GPS fix is acquired after the initial power up and is attempted to be maintained throughout the life of the device.  Xirgo’s report events either based on timed intervals or alert exceptions and are largely based on OBD events.

In general this is part of core software deployment for Numerex network customers. If you don’t see the “Xirgo Gateway” tab there’s a chance that you’re not a network customer and therefore the tab won’t do anything for you.
